Production Introduction:
Disk filter: a thin plastic disk in specific color is mounted on both sides with a large number of micrometer sized grooves. Disks of the same pattern are pressed on the specially designed inner brace. When the spring is compressed by liquid, the grooves intersecting between the discs are producing a series of deep filter units with unique filter channels, which forms a filter in a super performance engineering plastic filter.
Disk filter can be used in circulating cooling water system, filtering suspended matters in water, preventing heat exchanger from blockage, ensuring heat exchanger efficiency, energy saving and emission reduction; process water, drinking water, membrane filtration, filtering suspended matters in water, reducing the handling load of rear end equipment; agricultural irrigation, filtering suspended matters in water, preventing drop heads and nozzles from blockage.

Main Features:
1. Unique design and precise manufacturing discs, have 20um, 50um, 100um, 130um, 200um, 400um and other specifications. Different filtering accuracy and self-locking filtration ensure stable filtration efficiency.
2. Efficient backwash costs 10-15 seconds, and backwash water consumption is less than 0.2% of filter flow. It also has good filtration effect for viscous media such as oil and dirt. Scaling will not affect filtration accuracy.
3. Fully automatic operation requires only setting up the backwash pressure difference and backwash interval time. In the filtration system, when the backwash set requirement is achieved, the filtration and backwash take turns, so as to ensure the outflow without cutoff.
4. Standardized design and unit modularized design ensure the filter core and others adjustable, different amount of water, different number of units.
5. Energy saving and emission reduction. Unique centrifuge design has more water-saving, longer service life, smaller water head loss than traditional disc filter.
